HER Profit Retreat

We will be in touch prior to the Retreat to get your flight information and we can arrange for your private transportation to the resort.

Yes! We recommend extending your stay in Bayahibe, or checking out Punta Cana or Cap Cana which is about 45 minutes from Bayahibe Beach.

Although you would be responsible for the costs, since we are familiar with and ahve stayed in all of the above areas we can set it up for you!

✈️ Visa Requirement

• No! If you are a U.S. citizen with a valid U.S. passport, you generally do not need a visa for tourist travel to the Dominican Republic for up to 30 days.  Instead you need a Tourist Card.  See below.

📄 What You Do Need

• Valid passport — should ideally be valid for the entire duration of your stay (often recommended to have at least 6 months validity).  

• Tourist card (entry fee) — a digital/electronic ticket or tourist card is typically required. It’s often included in your airline ticket price, but if not, you may need to purchase it online or upon arrival (about USD 10).

Well first things first!  We will not be there during Hurricane Season!  We will be arriving towards the end of the DR'S "High' Season so the tourist crowds will have subsided, but we will have great weather!

Bayahibe has a tropical climate with warm temperatures year-round and relatively consistent weather patterns in April and early May.

  Overall, warm and beach-friendly.

• Rainfall: Possible short burst rainshowers- very light and refreshing! 

🌴 Packing Tips

Although this is a luxury resort, it is very casual and we will be spending most of our time in or near the infinity pools, lounging on the veiled beach beds, or dining poolside.

You do not have to pack ANY nice, dressy clothes.  We will all be dressing casual.

• Lightweight, breathable clothing

  • Sundresses

• Swimwear & beachwear

• Flipflops
• Water Shoes
• Sports clothes and tennis shoes (Pickelball or gym)

• Rain jacket or umbrella for brief showers

• High SPF sunscreen (UV can be strong)

This is a highly intimate experience with a maximum of 8 participants. The small group size is intentional—it allows for deep connection, personalized guidance, meaningful group discussion, and ample 1:1 support throughout the retreat.

You won’t be lost in a crowd; every attendee is fully seen, supported, and worked with closely.

Your retreat investment covers the full retreat experience, including accommodations, meals during scheduled retreat days, business development sessions and the private tour to Saona Island.

The following items are not included and should be budgeted separately:

• Airfare to and from the destination

• Airport transfers (we will coordinate transportation; attendees cover the cost)

• Travel insurance (required for all attendees)

• Alcohol and any additional food or beverages outside of included meals

• Personal expenses, shopping, or optional activities during free time

• Additional spa services beyond the one included as a bonus.  

We provide detailed logistics and planning support prior to the retreat so you can prepare confidently and enjoy a seamless experience.

This retreat is designed for business owners who understand that stepping away is part of building a profitable, sustainable online business—not a disruption to it. The time you invest here replaces months of scattered effort, second-guessing, and working in isolation.

That said, the schedule is intentionally structured with spacious, focused working sessions, built-in integration time, and support to help you step back in with clarity, decisions made, and assets in place.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

No, Tracadero Beach Resort is not an all inclusive resort like many Dominican Republic resorts!  I didn't want crowded beaches, pools and restarants with sub-par food.

That is (after staying at Tracadero for 4 weeks) one of the reasons why we chose this resort for the Profit Retreat.
